The main house has 3 floors. On the ground floor there's a kitchen with fireplace and pantry, a dining room and a bathroom. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms and a spare room. On the third floor is the laundry room, which has a large room with fireplace, and two more rooms. From here you can access the terrace with beautiful views of the town of Zújar.

The apartment is situated next door and has an open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet.

Beside the two properties is a garage for four cars.

In front of the properties is the garden area, with plenty of vegetables and fruit trees, pool and several old buildings.

Access is excellent by surfaced road and the property is situated just a short walk away from amenities.

Zújar is a beautiful village located beside the stunning Lake Negratin which has a few beach areas, restaurants and hot spring baths. It has all the usual amenities including a weekly market and is just one hour's drive away from the wonderful city of Granada which is also the nearest airport (with ski-ing during winter months). Other accessible airports are Almeria, Murcia, Alicante and Malaga. The coast is around 1h30 drive away.
