The house comprises of;
Lounge with an exit to the street, a good sized double bedroom and family bathroom with a built in shower.
A marble laid staircase takes you to the first floor where there's a galley style fitted kitchen, dining area and second bedroom with a wood burning stove (currently used as a lounge).
A second staircase takes you up to the rather lovely roof terrace with shade and wonderful views across the village to the mountains and countryside beyond.

Urracal is pretty, unspoiled and has a bar, pharmacy and grocery shop for day to day use. The town of Albox is only a fifteen minute drive away where you'll find every amenity and Almeria coast and airport 1.15hrs drive.
