You can enter via the main entrance or the shop. The main entrance leads to a large hallway with a living room and 3 good size rooms leading off from it and a staircase. The first rooms to the left and right have original, pretty floor tiles.

Straight ahead of you is the kitchen which leads (to your right) to a further two large rooms (one of which leads through to the shop) and to your left, a hallway leading to a WC, full bathroom and small patio area.

The shop can be entered from the street and has two lots of stairs at the back, one leading upstairs and the other leading down to the bodega which is around 60m2.

On the first floor there are 4 large empty rooms and a sun terrace which overlooks the patio. The whole first floor has new concrete ceilings.

Aside from the living room and a room which could be used as a dining room, it could currently have 4 bedrooms but with the huge rooms above if they were converted it could easily have 9 or 10, therefore it has lots of potential as a rental property especially with it being located in Galera, which is a very popular and historical village which completely fills up during the summer months. It's a great base for historical activities, visiting Natural Parks, lakes, hot springs, etc. and has great summer fiestas.

Galera has small shops, banks, bars, a pharmacy, a hotel, an infant and primary school, a hotel, a museum, an outdoor swimming pool open during the winter months and a weekly market.

The nearest airport is 1.5 hours drive away (Granada), followed by Almeria (1h45), Murcia (2h15) and Alicante (2h30) airports.

The coast is around 1h30 drive away although there are beach areas and hot springs at Lake Negratin which is around 50 minutes drive away.
