Apartment 2 – this is located at the front of the house and has a hallway leading to 2 bedrooms, a living room, fully fitted kitchen with marble worktops and bathroom (with shower and bidet).

Apartment 3 – this is located to the front of the house and has a fully fitted kitchen, living room/diner, 3 bedrooms and a shower room.

A swimming pool – The pool is reached via wooden steps from the garden decking above and across a bridge. The pool pump and filtration system is under the bridge. The pool has a 6.4 metre diameter and is app 4/6" deep. It is chlorinated. The pool is secluded and not directly overlooked. It is an above ground pool decked out to it's perimeter and covered in artificial grass. There is a shower in one corner.

The pool can be lit at night for dips on hot summer evenings.

There is a platform part way down to the pool on which is a brick built garden/tool shed. The store is fully secure with power and lighting.

A bar – The bar comes fully furnished with traditional pub tables and stools. It's decorated with pub memorabilia. Fireplace with wood burner. Bench with wood storage under the seat. Raised stage area with dart board. Two cooler cabinets. Sink with hot and cold water. Beer cooler with two pumps. Ice machine. Glasses. Beer can crusher. Bar mounted wine bottle opener. Sound system with 6 speakers and bass woofer.

The bar has two entrances (one onto decking, one through toilet block which although it has one small funcioning toilet needs building work completing to enable a disabled toilet.)

The gardens – Apartment 1 and Bar can be accessed through rear garden (as well as through the house from the front door one level above)

Fruit trees include: Peach. Plum. Apricot. Almond x2. Apple x2. Cob nut. Raspberries.

One area of decking outside bar door. Another outside apartment 1 lounge and bedroom 1 patio doors. Decking also leads along to steps down to lower garden (& pool) and back gate.

The property is situated in Castilléjar which is a lovely little unspoilt village with beautiful surrounding scenery – the spectacular badlands, the Jabalcón mountain and Baza and Granada mountain ranges. It has all the usual facilities as well as a market on Saturday mornings. There is a huge open air swimming pool in the adjoining hamlet of Los Olivos (5 mins drive by car) open during the summer months.

It is around 1h30 to the coast and just 40 mins/45km drive away from the beautiful Lake Negratin which has beach areas.

The nearest airport is Granada which is approximately 1h35 drive away (125km), then Murcia 1h55 (168km) then Almeria 2h (188km), Alicante 2h40 (240km) and lastly Malaga 2h40 (247km).
