Village Property – Zujar

Water and electricity need re connecting, Internet is available from several suppliers and the local town hall is very proactive so they would assist with the general permissions required.

Zujar has a few shops, bars and a weekly market so for day to day use there's everything there but the large town of Baza is aboout a ten minute drive away and there's a regular bus service throughout the day.

A great advantage of living in Zujar is that the enormous lake Negratin is only five minutes drive away, a wonderful place to spend time at all year round.

Granada airport is just over an hour away.
Malaga & Alicante 2.20 hrs.
Murcia 1.40 hrs.
Almeria 1.20 hrs.
