Rural Property – Sufli

There's a good sized walled yard with a workshop and a store room on the first floor (sorry no photos).

The location is spectacular!

There's a water tank high above the house that supplies irrigation water but we suggest a header tank in the first floor store room for the house so that it's out of the sun.

The property does have it's own water supply and there are a couple of solar panels on the roof so this may need adding to for all year round use.

The olive grove is measured at 15 hectares and trees are in production, in fact the trees are laden with blossom at the moment so it should be a bumper crop in December.

Access is perfect, a tarmac road until the last 300m.
