Land – Freila

There are two wells, one of which is legalised and powered with an installation of solar panels with a capacity of around 780,000 litres.

The cortijo covers 200m2 and needs complete renovation. There is drinking water available and a project prepared for mains electricity which has not been submitted to the Town Hall as this would be the responsibility of the purchaser if they decided they wanted mains electricity.

There is a large animal corral and the property would be idea for keeping horses.

From the property you can access the lake which is just stunning. The blue lake contrasting against the badland scenery is a beautiful sight and you can see from the photos how impressive the views are from the property.

At the lake there are beach areas, hot springs and you can carry out non-motorised watersports here.

Freila village is just a short drive away which has all the usual amenities such as a school, bars, a bank, a medical centre, etc. and a weekly market.

Freila is in a great situation, as it is only around 50 minutes drive to the beautiful city of Granada. Granada has something for everyone all year round as there is even a ski resort called Sol Y Nieve open during the winter months.
