This charming property has very good access, a good size patio area ideal for parking, entertaining etc. with great views of the caves in the valley and the surrounding local countryside.

The nearest airport is 1.5 hours drive away (Granada), followed by Almeria (1h45) , Murcia (2h15) and Alicante (2h30) airports and the coast is around 1h30 drive away although there are beach areas at Lake Negratin which is around 50 minutes drive away.
