Cave House – Fontanar

Theres a magnificent area of land included which covers 1700 m² and access is very good. The whole area has been well designed and has fabulous views, the patio area is very pretty and there's a swimming pool which is secured by gates so ideal if you have pets or small children.

On each side of both caves are independent barbecue areas.

In both caves the roof of the entrance is a height of about 4 metres, so they are very spacious.

The first cave has 4 bedrooms, one with ensuite, (all the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes), living room with fireplace and wood burning stove, bathroom with Jacuzzi, fully furnished kitchen, terrace and solarium of 30 sqm. It covers an area of 150 sqm.

The second cave has 4 bedrooms, living room with fireplace, fully fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms, sun terrace. It measures 170 m².

Between the two caves there is a garage.

They are situated in the pretty hamlet of Fontanar which is steeped in history and has a church, a bread van and a local bar. The larger town of Pozo Alcón is around 10 mins drive away and has all of the usual amenities including a weekly market and swimming pool open during the summer months.

Fontanar is situated around 40 minutes drive / 38km from Lake Negratin which has beach areas and around 1h45 drive from the coast.
