Cave House – Cortes de Baza

There are 5/6 bedrooms in total.

In the cave part there is a huge lounge with an open fireplace and second older kitchen.

There is a large animal pen area where the roof needs repairing but it could make a big or extra patio.

There is a small plot of land out the front which is ideal for growing fruit and veg and a patio area with seating.

The cave area leads through the animal quarters and through to another small part of land with a small outbuilding.

Both sides of the property have vehicle access.

This property has so much to offer and early viewing is recommended.

It is situated in a small hamlet called La Teja. Cortes de Baza is just a short drive away and is the nearest village. It is a very unspoilt and historical village situated on the northern point of the beautiful Negratin Lake, and has a doctors surgery, dentist, chemist, two supermarkets, bakery, butchers, fishmongers, a large municipal swimming pool (July-Sept), two banks, two mechanics, petrol station and several bars serving excellent local food.

The coast is around 1h40 minutes away by car (145km), however there are also beach areas at Lake Negratin which is about 40 minutes drive from Cortes de Baza.
