Cave House – Freila

It has a large gated patio with covered area and small shed, and lots of room for dining and sunbathing. The outside steps in the patio lead to the roof of the cave where you can enjoy lovely mountain views as far as the eye can see.

Freila has all the usual amenities including a weekly market. It is just 10 minutes drive away from the beautiful Lake Negratin and also 10 minutes drive away from the bustling town of Baza.

The nearest airport is Almeria followed by Murcia, Alicante and Malaga.

The coast is around 1h30 drive away, although there are beach areas at Lake Negratin and you can carry out non-motorised watersports there, or enjoy the hot springs.

It is just over an hour by car from the wonderful, historical city of Granada where there is a ski resort, so you could be sunbathing in your patio in the morning and ski-ing in the afternoon!
