There are two doors into the cave. The door to the left leads to 3 rooms (two on the ground floor and one above) which were previously used for keeping animals so have animal feeders in that could be made into lovely cavey shelf features in future.

The entrance door on the right side of the cave opens into a hallway and to your right is the living room with fireplace and bread oven and a bedroom. In front of the entrance hallway are 3 rooms that are connected. To your left is a room leading to the old animal rooms which you can also access from the other exterior doorway.

The cave build size is around 200m2 and the patio area covers around 282m2.

It could be transformed into a really lovely, spacious cave home and has very good access and beautiful views of local countryside.

There is water to the door and electricity would need to be via solar power.

Galera village has all the usual facilities including a swimming pool open during the summer months and a weekly market.

Nearest airport is Granada which is 1h30 drive away followed by Almeria, Murcia, Alicante and Malaga.

The coast is 1h30 drive away although there are beach areas at Lake Negratin which is just 45 minutes drive away.
