Town House – Velez Blanco

The magic happens when you go up to the first floor where there's a beautiful reception room with feature china display cabinets, a central fireplace and a balcony with views of Velez Blanco castle. The floor is laid with handmade tiles, an original feature from the 1830's and it's in very good condition.
Moving towards the rear of the house there's a large room which would make a beautiful kitchen, there's a fireplace and exposed beams. There are also another two rooms that could be converted into a into a bedroom and bathroom.
A small set of stairs leads you out to the roof terrace which has stunning views of the lower part of the town and open countryside beyond.

The property lends itself to being converted into tourist accommodation as the town is packed with tourists marvelling at the river gorge, castle and convent as well as simply enjoying the charm of this pretty town with it's cobbled streets and cafés serving all sorts of delights.
1.15 hours to Murcia airport, the nearest beach is a 90 minute drive.
